January 2006 also saw the opening of the new Accentra Technology offices in India. Staffed by 12 people, it is a joint venture with the company responsible for the original Systematics Esteem software. The company is preparing to launch the Indian edition of Accentra in Spring 2006.

The vast experience contained within the two companies has been focused into providing a product that will change the way Indian businesses will view accounting software in future. Test marketing undertaken has shown that the businesses will immensely benefit from the facilities that the new program will offer. The fact that the people involved in development are from the local community has given us the added competitive edge that will help us to penetrate the market.
